Vow Renewals are a special way to celebrate your love and reaffirm the promises you made to each other on your wedding day. If you are thinking about having a vow renewal ceremony, know that a joyous celebration of your marriage can be planned easily and confidently at South Causey Inn, with our team of professionals.

South Causey Inn can offer two different packages for your Vow Renewal. Whether you would just like to celebrate with the two of you, or you are looking to invite close friends and family to your celebration.

Both packages include everything to ensure the day runs smoothly with everything prepared for you to ensure a stress-free and memorable day.   • Vow Renewal Package - For the two of you

    Here is an example of an Vow Renewal Package for the two of you, however we are happy to discuss any of your personal requirements to build a bespoke celebration perfect for you.

    • Accommodation for two nights in a deluxe room – complete with an outdoor hot tub
    • The day before the Vow Renewals, or the day after, our beauticians will come to your room for an hour-long relaxing treatment
    • A hamper will be delivered to your room containing a bottle of red or white wine and a “Posh Picnic” for two
    • Sparkling breakfast the morning of the Vow Renewals 
    • Your ceremony will be held in one of our licensed rooms here at South Causey Inn (Please note the civil ceremony will begin at 11 am)
    • Two witnesses can be provided if necessary
    • Six-course wedding breakfast served in our restaurant with two glasses of wine per person
    • Full English breakfast the next morning in our main restaurant

     

    • £1,500 (2022 pricing) based on two guests

    Additional day guests are £75 per adult and children 12yrs and under £24.95

    • £1,600 (2023 pricing) based on two guests

    Additional day guests are £75 per adult and children 12yrs and under £24.95

    • £1,700 (2024 pricing) based on two guests

    Additional day guests are £75 per adult and children 12yrs and under £24.95

    • Civil Ceremony Room Hire £350. Please note the registrars have their own additional fees

  • Vow Renewal Package - Friends & Family

    Here is an example of an Vow Renewal Package for friends and family, however we are happy to discuss any of your personal requirements to build a bespoke celebration perfect for you.

    • Your personal coordinator and master of ceremonies
    • Full room dressing including chair covers, sashes, table runner, centrepieces, candles, card box, cake stand, and cake knife
    • Arrival drink of sparkling rose
    • Mixed seasonal canapés
    • Sparkling wine for the toasts
    • A glass of red, white, or rose wine for guests
    • A four-course dinner. Guests have a choice of two options for each course from our Gold A La Carte Menu
    • The Vow Renewal Ceremony will begin at 11 am

     

    £90 per adult - minimum of 10 guests and maximum of 40 guests

    £24.95 for 12 yrs and under

    Ceremony venue hire £350 

    • Beamish Barn Venue half-day hire £250 11 am till 5 pm 
    • £500 for full-day hire 11 am till 10 pm
    • Additional guests under the number of the basic package are an additional charge
