Your Farmhouse Wedding Journey begins when you meet with our experienced wedding team. They will work with you to perfect all the details of your dream wedding from start to finish, always keeping in mind your personality and style to ensure that this shines through on your big day.

Encircled by the scenic Beamish Valley, The Farmhouse is the perfect destination for a private and exclusive wedding. Character and contemporary comfort come in equal measure in this stunning space in the heart of the countryside, with easy links to Durham Train Station and Newcastle Airport if you have guests travelling from afar.

You will approach the 150-year-old stone building through a private driveway and gated entrance. Inside, the Farmhouse features five beautiful en-suite bedrooms which have been decorated to the highest standard, plus a Penthouse Suite with a fabulous double waterfall shower and a private cocktail lounge with luxurious interiors, and open fires.

You will also find a stunning Ceremony Suite where you and the love of your life will say your all-important vows and be married! The Ceremony Suite certainly matches the beauty of The Farmhouse, with crushed velvet curtains, contemporary chandeliers, and specially commissioned contemporary art. The Orangery is a stunning open space where your delicious evening seven-course dinner by your private chef will be served. Outside, there are private gardens with outdoor furniture where you and your guests can enjoy cocktails whilst taking in the incredible views.

You are the curator of your special day and this bespoke package can be tailored to your own personal preference. When you check into the Farmhouse on your day of arrival, a light-sharing platter can be served at a time to suit you and your guests before or after your ceremony. Afterward, your private bar and cocktail lounge will be ready for you to enjoy some celebratory drinks, or you can make the most of the private gardens with your photographer. In the evening, a seven-course dinner by your private chef will be served in the Orangery.

The entire Farmhouse is your home for the entirety of your stay and your Wedding Coordinator will be on hand at all times to ensure the whole day runs smoothly. Once the evening comes to an end, you can retire to your rooms for the night and the next morning you will begin your day by enjoying a hearty English breakfast which will be served in a Private Garden Pod.
