In April, South Causey Inn is truly stunning... The days are getting longer, our formerly barren trees burst into a million tiny blossoms, and the weather has improved enough so you can enjoy some exploring in the spring air! Easter can be celebrated with the family over a traditional Sunday Roast, or you can dine on some sweet delicacies from our Easter Afternoon Teas. Shopping Market

Our Market is the ideal shopping destination for everything from food to flowers, modern art to antiques, and clothes to curios. Taking place every week, with some extra pop-up dates!

Hotspot Music Nights

We will be welcoming a brilliant mix of local musicians from all across the North East, every Friday to the Hotspot Bar. Enjoy food, cocktails and drinks whilst listening to the amazing talents!

Longbow Making Workshop

In this workshop you will take a pre-laminated stave made from hickory and degame and shape and tiller (bend to shape) into a traditional English long bow.

Copper Rose Workshop

Under the guidance of the gentleman at True North Trades you will cut out copper blanks and cold forge them into a beautiful design to take home to show off to friends and family.

Wedding Fayre

We have invited a brilliant mix of exhibitors to the fayre from photographers, hairstylists, MUA's, dresses, cakes, grooms wear, and more - all here to help you create your most perfect day.

Blacksmith Workshop

You will be guided through the process by Darren, who will give support throughout, enabling you to create your very own beautifully crafted ironwork by the end of the session.

Clay Pigeon Shoot

Experience the thrill of clay pigeon shooting in the beautiful Beamish Valley. Under the supervision of our experienced instructor, we'll have you blasting clay pigeons from the sky within a few shots!

Group Dog Walk

Join us for our monthly dog walk through where your dog can run and feel free in the stunning countryside. We then head back for hot drinks and a full English Breakfast at the Inn.
