We’re excited to invite you to a special family session designed for children with additional needs, Here, you can relax and enjoy a welcoming, judgment-free environment where your little ones can play, explore, and express themselves freely.
Bring the whole family—siblings are absolutely welcome! At our session, you'll have the chance to connect with other parents and carers who truly understand your journey. Enjoy a delicious selection of snacks and treats prepared just for you and your children, which can be ordered from the Durham Suite Bar.
For those with older, homeschooled children, we invite you all to join us for a lovely, judgment-free lunch experience too! As a special treat, we’re excited to offer a complimentary photo shoot with F&E Photography, the North East’s leading SEN photographer. Capture joyful moments and create lasting memories! We will create a soothing atmosphere with gentle music, and our venue is fully accessible, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and welcome.

Our SEN Family Groups will be held every month in the Durham Suite from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
- Free entry, no booking required
- Just come along anytime between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM
- Toys will be available for children to play with
- Completely free activities
- A bouncy castle will be provided
- Breakfast, hot drinks, and light snacks will be available to order if you wish
