Things to Know
Timings & Cancellations
- Arrival/Departure: Check-in is from 14:00 | Check-out is by 10:30.
- Payment Policy: The total amount of your stay is charged to your debit or credit card at the time of booking. This exclusive introductory rate is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Amendments: This reservation cannot be amended. Cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the full cost of the stay.
- Security Deposit: A temporary security deposit hold will be processed 3 days prior to your arrival. This hold is fully released upon departure, provided the suite and room are left in good order.
- Availability: This offer is valid strictly for new bookings only and is available for stays up until August 2026.
Age & Health Policies
- Age Restrictions: Guests must be 10 years+ (with adult supervision) for the Woodland Spa Suite and Whirlpool; 16 years+ (with adult supervision) for spa treatments; and 18 years+ to utilize the Sauna, Steam Room, and Plunge Pool.
- Health & Wellbeing: Please consult your doctor before booking if you are pregnant or managing a medical condition, as standard treatments and heat facilities may not be suitable.
- Accessibility: For any specific access requests or assistance needs, please contact the venue directly prior to booking.

- Refreshments: No outside drinks are permitted anywhere on the premises.
