Bringing together fire-cooked food, seasonal produce and a laid-back atmosphere, Hjem Vin offers a more informal dining experience without compromising on quality or detail.
Available to book on Saturdays & Sundays - between 12:00 to 14:30.
Hjem Vin Launch BBQ
Chef Alex and his father will be cooking together over fire, with a menu that celebrates bold, simple flavours and the best seasonal produce. Alex’s dad Ulf Nietosvuori has been part of a successful BBQ team for many years competing at Swedish championships, European championships and World championships. He is now Head Judge within WBQA (World Barbecue Association).
Main dishes are set to include hot smoked salmon; pulled pork; chicken thigh and barbecue sauce; sirloin on the fire; and slow cooked pork belly… meanwhile an array of sides will offer the likes of spicy roast potatoes, cream corn, mac and cheese, grilled sweetcorn and chilli beans.
