The house sits at the pinnacle of the scenic Beamish Valley and has its own exclusive grounds which offer you and your guests their own little piece of countryside paradise.

While it’s true that the ideal holiday looks different for everybody, catering tops the list for being one of the most indulgent short break add-ons. When adding private dining to your holiday, there’s no such thing as the stress and pressure of putting together a full dinner for your guests and then the dreaded clean-up at the end of the evening.

Encircled by the scenic Beamish Valley, The Farmhouse is the perfect destination for a rural retreat for families and groups of friends alike. Character and contemporary comfort come in equal measure at this stunning space in the heart of the countryside, with easy links to neighbouring cities like Newcastle and Durham City Centres.
The Farmhouse
Inside, the Farmhouse features five beautiful en-suite bedrooms which are decorated to the highest standard, plus a Penthouse Suite with a fabulous double waterfall shower and a private cocktail lounge with luxurious interiors, and open fires. You will also find a stunning Orangery with open views of the Beamish Valley where dinner from your private chef will be served. Outside, there are private gardens with outdoor garden furniture where you and your guests can enjoy cocktails whilst taking in the incredible views or use as a backdrop for some memorable photos to look back on in years to come.
Itinerary
Check into the Farmhouse on your day of arrival and then indulge in a light sharing platter served at a time to suit you and your party from 11 am. In the evening a delicious seven-course dinner by your private chef will be served in the Orangery. The entire Farmhouse is your home for the entirety of your stay and your private butler will be on hand at all times to ensure the whole day runs smoothly. Once the evening comes to an end, you can retire to your rooms for the night and the next morning you will begin your day by enjoying a hearty English breakfast which will be served in a Private Garden Pod.

Private Hire of the Farmhouse includes:
- Available Monday to Sunday all year round, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve
- Available for a minimum of 12 guests and a maximum of 40 guests
- The package includes five en-suite guest bedrooms and the Penthouse Suite
- Arrival time from 11:00
- Light sharing platter lunch available from 11:00
- Seven Course Dinner by your Private Chef served in the Orangery from 18:00
- Private butler available throughout the day
- Bar service available to curate cocktails and drinks from your arrival until midnight (please note no drinks included in package)
- Exclusive use of the Farmhouse Grounds and Gardens
- Breakfast served the next day in a Private Dining Garden Pod
2023/2024 Pricing is based on a minimum of 12 guests:

Additional guests for the entirety of the day: £130 per person (does not include accommodation).
