Under the supervision of our experienced instructor, we'll have you blasting clay pigeons from the sky within a few shots!
Clay Pigeon shooting is a superb event for all kinds of groups, and even better when you can take in the beautiful surroundings of the Beamish Valley while taking part.
Our clay pigeon shooting sessions take place every third Saturday of the month - don't worry if you’re not a pro, or even if this will be your first time, we welcome people of all abilities!
Clay pigeon shooting is a fantastic sport to get involved in, it can be done in small groups, which often makes it a favourite outdoor activity for stag dos, birthdays, or even a couples activity.

- This workshop is for 14yrs and over. Anyone under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult

New Years Day - Clay Pigeon Shoot
For most people, the big celebration of the new year takes place on New Year’s Eve. But we’re here to tell you that New Year’s Day can be just as fun! Kick off the New Year in the outdoors and take in the fresh, crisp winter air whilst putting your skills to the test with a Clay Pigeon Shoot. Afterward, you can head back to the Inn where you can put your feet up by the roaring log-burning fire, and enjoy a heart Causey Breakfasts.
Monday, 1st January 2023 - Tickets can be booked at the times below:
- 9:00 Breakfast / 10:00 Clay Pigeon Shoot
- 10:00 Breakfast / 11:00 Clay Pigeon Shoot
- 11:00 Breakfast / 12:00 Clay Pigeon Shoot
£75 per person includes:
- 25 clays, tuition, gun hire, and cartridges
- Six persons per group maximum
- Full English Breakfast

- Fresh fruit with yoghurt
