Picture this: dining al fresco in your own private pod, surrounded by the beauty of nature while indulging in delicious food and drinks served to you at your leisure.

Our dining pods are nestled in our picturesque gardens, complete with internal heaters, solid floors and doors, cozy blankets and hot water bottles, music speakers, and enchanting festoon lights.

It's an experience that will leave you with unforgettable memories. And for larger groups, we can set up multiple round tables to accommodate everyone.

    Afternoon Tea is available in the Dining Pods at the times below:

    • Monday to Saturday in our Dining Pods: 12:00, 12:30, 15:30, 16:00 (depending on the size of your party) 
    • Sundays in our Dining Pods: 11:30 or 11:45 (depending on the size of your party)

    Dining Pods Information:

    Dining Pod:
    - Capacity: 2 to 6 guests
    - Hire Fee: £25

    Super Dining Pod:
    - Capacity: 7 to 12 guests
    - Hire Fee: £35

    Super Duper Dining Pod:
    - Capacity: 12 to 18 guests
    - Hire Fee: £45

    Our Dining Pods are located outdoors, and we provide gas heaters, overhead heaters, and blankets to keep you warm. However, we recommend dressing warmly due to the unpredictable Northern weather! It is the parents' responsibility to ensure children keep away from the floor heaters. While they are the primary source of heat in the pods, they can be removed if you prefer.

    Booking Information:
    - To book a private Dining Pod for up to 6 guests online, please select from the following times: 12:30, 16:00, or 19:30. [Book online HERE].
    - For bookings of more than 6 guests or for Afternoon Tea, please contact our team directly at 01207 235555.

    Terms & Conditions:
    - The hire fee includes white tablecloths, mirrored plates, and centerpieces.
    - You can choose our Pod Dressing Package, which includes white chair hoods, table runners, floating candles, and tea lights, for an additional charge of £6 per person. For dressing details, please email the events team at events@southcausey.co.uk.
    - No wall decorations, stickers, banners, or confetti are allowed in the Dining Pods. You may bring table decorations, such as balloons and cakes, up to half an hour before your booking time. Either you or a member of our team can set these up as soon as the Dining Pod is available. A £100 cleaning charge will be applied if non-permitted items are brought to your booking.
    - Pod capacity and availability may change according to government guidelines.
    - The pod hire fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it is payable at the time of booking. This fee will not be deducted from the final bill.
