    Pod Hire Fee includes:

    • Pod Hire for 1.5 hours - 09:30 to 11:00

    Pod Hire Fees

    • Dining Pod for 2 to 6 guests: £20 Hire Fee
    • Super Dining Pod for 7 to 12 guests: £30 Hire Fee
    • Super Duper Dining Pod for 12 to 18 guests: £40 Hire Fee

     

    The pod hire fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it is payable at the time of booking. This fee will not be deducted from the final bill.

    Private Dining Pods are available to book at 12:00 or 12:30 for our Three-Course Mothers Day Lunch. Anytime after this, Private Dining Pods can be booked for our individually priced reduced Sunday Menu.

    Dining Pod Hire Fees

    • 2–6 guests: £25
    • 7–12 guests: £35
    • 13–20 guests: £45

    Please note: Pod Hire fees are not be deducted from the final bill. The Pod Hire period lasts for 3 hours from booked arrival time (excluding breakfast sitting which is 1.5 hours). We respectfully ask that you vacate the pod promptly by the end of your hire period.

    • Payment in full is required at the time of booking with the Pod Hire Fee.
    • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Our Dining Pods are located outdoors, and we provide gas heaters, overhead heaters, and blankets to keep you warm. However, we recommend dressing warmly due to the unpredictable Northern weather! It is the parents' responsibility to ensure children keep away from the floor heaters. While they are the primary source of heat in the pods, they can be removed if you prefer.
    • High chairs can be requested, but their availability cannot be guaranteed unless a ticket that includes a high chair has been purchased.If you have not purchased a ticket that includes a high chair, or if that option is not available, we suggest coming prepared to fully enjoy your time at the Inn without relying on a high chair provided by us.
