Festival Package
Combining the formality of a traditional service with the energy of Woodstock! We supply the wrist bands, the picturesque venue, outdoor drinks and all-important entertainment!

Late Availability Package Includes...
Date: Saturday 31st August 2024
Venue: Durham Suite
Package: Festival Package
- Based on a minimum of 100 guests. Maximum capacity of 150 guests.
- Your personal Wedding Coordinator.
- Full festival room dressing including long rustic wooden tables, chair dressing, festival style centerpieces, fresh seasonal flowers, candles, cake stand, cake knife & post-box.
- A festival wristband for each of your guests with the happy couple’s name and wedding date.
- The Durham Garden dressed with bunting, outside seating, rugs & throws, and garden games.
- Welcome drinks stations consisting of -Bottles of Beer, Pimm's Punch, Gin Punch, Vodka Punch, Homemade Lemonade, and Orange Juice.
- The Acoustic Singer will perform for a 1-hour set for welcome drinks in the private Durham Garden.
- Sparkling wine for the toast.
- A glass of red, white, or rose wine.
- Outside Festival Food package including - Wood-fired Pizza Tuc Tuc.
- Ice Cream Bike with a choice of 6 flavours and Cones & Sweet Cart.

Gold Package
This package in the Old Barn is designed for couples who would like to show off their creative side and get involved with decorate the room for the ceremony and wedding breakfast.

Package: Gold Package
- Your personal wedding coordinator and master of ceremonies throughout the day.
- Arrival drink and mixed seasonal canapés. Choose from: Bucks Fizz, Pimm's, or a Bottle of Lager.
- A four-course wedding breakfast including Tea, Coffee, and Chocolate. The Happy couple can choose from two options off our wedding al la carte Gold menu. One option to include a vegetarian dish and one option to include a meat dish.
- Sparkling wine for the toast.
- A glass of red, white, or rose wine during the meal.
- The evening reception with our resident DJ until midnight.
- Giant LOVE letters.
- Evening buffet (Please see buffet menu for options).
- Luxury honeymoon suite for two nights bed and breakfast (night of and night after the wedding)
- South Causey room dressing can also be added to your package - pricing on request.

Package: Platinum Package
- Exclusive use of the Farmhouse Venue.
- Penthouse Honeymoon Suite.
- 5 guest bedrooms.
- Your personal wedding coordinator throughout the day.
- Complete room dressing to compliment your theme, including chair dressing, table runner, centre pieces, candles, card box, cake stand, and cake knife.
- A choice of welcome drink served with mixed seasonal canapés. Choose from: Pimp your Prosecco station, RIP Gin and Tonic, Seasonal Cocktail, Sparkling Rose Wine, Pimm's, or a bottle of Beer or Lager.
- A four-course wedding breakfast including Tea, Coffee, and Chocolate. The Happy couple can choose from four options for each course from our extensive wedding al la carte menu.
- Sparkling wine for your toast.
- Three glasses of red, white, or rose during the meal.
- The evening reception, resident DJ, until 1:00 am
