Christmas Terms & Conditions

Bookings can only be accepted with with the payments terms detailed in the booking.

For booking where payment in full is required on booking - bookings can only be accepted with payment in full on bookings and this is a non-refundable and non-transferable payment.

For bookings where a deposit is required on booking - booking can only be accepted with a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit and the remaining balance payable by the 1st October. Deposits are required to book a place for a guest on all bookings and they are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is the responsibility of the lead name of the party booking to pay all deposits, further payments and any alterations to the booking. Any remaining balance not paid by 1st October will result in your booking being automatically cancelled.

All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable on all bookings.

Please note that if we can not honour a booking as a result of a change in government guidelines, we will convert any monies paid to a South Causey Inn monetary voucher.

Any alterations to bookings or menus will only be taken before 1st October and from the party organiser whose name the booking is made in and cannot be changed after that date. Once final payments have been received, no refunds or credit vouchers will be given. The party organiser whose name the booking is made in is responsible for paying all monies.

Payment by other individuals in the party will not be accepted. All offers are subject to availability: the Inn reserves the right to alter any dates, planned entertainments or menus without prior notice. In the unlikely event of any function has to be cancelled by the Inn, an alternative date or venue will be offered. No refund or credit vouchers will be given.

If due to unsafe weather conditions an event/ride cannot go ahead, and alternative date will be offered. No refund or credit vouchers will be given.

Pre-order menu sheets will be sent to you in September (where applicable) and must be returned by 1st October. All dishes for special dietary i.e. Gluten free must be pre-ordered for all events.

The Inn cannot guarantee that any products on any of the menu items are totally free from nuts or nut derivatives, that any fish products are totally free of bones and that game
products are free of a shot.

Special dietary requirements will always be accommodated where possible but must be agreed at the time of booking.

While our Inn is family friendly, restrictions apply to children at certain events and should be checked with the Inn.
