Guests arrive from 18:00 at the warm Durham Suite for festive mulled wine and a delicious turkey bap dinner. The excitement builds as Santa and a surprise celebrity guest arrive, leading everyone outside to the hotel front and dining pod area. Here, host Charlotte Forman performs live Christmas songs, setting the stage for the night's highlight: a grand Christmas light switch-on that transforms the grounds into a glowing winter wonderland, capped off with a surprise festive finale. Afterward, guests return to the Durham Suite to continue the celebrations with another live performance by Charlotte, rounding off a truly magical evening.
