Wedding Team
Responsibilities include:
- 4 x 10 hour shifts
- Setting up of the wedding venue (Dressing Tables, Polishing Glassware, Floral arrangements)
- Serving Food & Drinks
- Ensuring all standards set outfits by management are adhered to
- Dealing with customers' requests on the Wedding Day
- We expect all our staff to be presentable, punctual, organised and able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members

Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a Kitchen Porter who will ensure the proper maintenance of all kitchen operations, as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation and storerooms in the hotel.
What will I be doing? As a Kitchen Porter, you will oversee the hotel's back-of-house operation by ensuring proper maintenance of all operating equipment and dishwashing machines and providing the highest level of attention to the cleanliness and sanitation of all food and storage outlets.

We are looking for a Junior Chef to join our team, who is looking to kick start a career in the kitchen. Perfect for a candidate who has left school or college and looking to start work. No experience is needed; full training is provided.
