Chorizo Sausage – Chorizo sausage cooked in Red Wine & Honey, finished with Cinnamon and Dipping Bread
Duo of seafood – Fried King Prawns & deep fried crispy Calamari cooked in Garlic, Spring Onion and Chilli. Finished with fresh Lemon and Limes set on a Banana Leaf
Pate en Croute – Smooth Chicken Liver Pate wrapped in Filo pastry with dressed Salad & Cumberland Sauce
