NEW YEARS EVE - DAYTIME 


In our Durham Suite we will have a delicious carvery from 11:30pm until 5pm. Tables can booked at 11:30am & 12pm and secured with a £5 per person deposit.

Our Shafto restuarant will be open from 11:30am until 3pm and tables can be booked at 11:30am or 12:00am and are secured with a £5 per person deposit on booking.


Our Bar & Snug area is open from 11:30 until 5pm.


Any reservations after 12pm are all on a walk-in basis.

Tables are available to book at 5pm and must be vacated by 7:30pm

8pm Sitting
All tables booked for our 8pm sitting will also have free entry into our Lounge DJ in our bar & Snug Area!


Adults - £39.95



A £5 per person deposit is required on booking and payment in full by the 1st October 2017.

YOUR FIRST COURSE
French Onion Soup – Traditional French Onion Soup topped with a Gruyere Cheese Croutons.

Chorizo Sausage – Chorizo sausage cooked in Red Wine & Honey, finished with Cinnamon and Dipping Bread

Duo of Seafood – Fried King Prawns & deep fried crispy Calamari cooked in Garlic, Spring Onion and Chilli. Finished with fresh Lemon and Limes set on a Banana Leaf.

Pate en Croute – Smooth Chicken Liver Pate wrapped in Filo pastry with dressed Salad & Cumberland Sauce.

Wild Mushroom – Mixed Wild Mushrooms cooked in Garlic Cream sauce with a Butternut Squash puree and Garlic Croutons.


YOUR SECOND COURSE
Spiced Butterfly Salmon Fillet - Served with warm Nicoise Salad, Fresh Herb dressing.

10oz Sirloin Steak – Served with hand cut Chips, Vine Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic Mushroom, Red Onion and Watercress salad.

Stuffed Belly Pork – With Black Pudding, Smoked Apple Puree, Thyme mash and a Red Wine Sauce.

Mediterranean Vegetable & Tomato Risotto - with Basil Pesto & Parmesan Crisp.

Pan Fried Duck Breast –  Served with Fondant Potatoes, Thyme and Parsnip puree, Honey roast Parsnips and Red Wine Jus.


YOUR THIRD COURSE
Winter Berry Panna Cotta - Served with Fruit Sorbet and contrasting Fruit Coulis.

Causey Cheese Board.
